Washington, PA – One Hospitalized After Motorcycle Accident on Jefferson Ave near 7th St NW

Washington, PA (April 23, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after a motorcycle accident in Washington. According to reports, the wreck occurred on Wednesday, April 20. 

Responders were dispatched to the scene at around 7:30 a.m. They arrived at the 700 block of Jefferson Avenue near 7th Street Northwest to find one person with injuries. 

At this time, the extent of the injuries has not been reported. Paramedics evaluated and treated the injured victim on-site before transporting them to a local hospital for further care. 

Traffic was delayed in the vicinity of the crash site for some time while crews were observed on the road. Police asked local drivers to find different travel routes while emergency responders were at the scene. 

Authorities continue to investigate the details of the incident.
