Auto Accident Lawyers in Vandergrift
Pennsylvania is a no-fault insurance state, which means that regardless of who causes a crash, the car insurance company will pay for damages up to a certain amount. No-fault insurance is used to keep parties involved in a crash from using small claims courts to dispute accountability.
However, no-fault insurance does not mean that the party responsible for the accident is not at fault. If economic damages cost more than the insurance company offers, recovery can be attained by filing a personal injury lawsuit. It is important to note that the laws dictating fault are complex and usually require the help of a skilled car accident attorney in Vandergrift.
