Shannon, PA (April 13, 2022) – A car crash resulted in injuries on a roadway in Shannon on April 13. Responders were sent to the crash scene at approximately 4:00 p.m. to assist those involved. 

Authorities said the wreck happened on Library Road near Steel City Martial Arts. Upon their arrival at the scene, police and paramedics found at least one person with injuries. 

Emergency medical personnel rendered aid to the injured victims before transporting those in need of further care to area hospitals. The involved parties have not been identified at this time. 

The roadway was closed for some time while emergency crews worked at the scene. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
