Scott, PA (April 22, 2022) – Police were sent to the scene of a car wreck in Scott that ended in injuries. On April 22, dispatchers received calls for assistance concerning an auto collision at around 8:22 a.m.

The accident was reported at the intersection of Greentree Road and Chatham Park Drive. Reports provided by Allegheny County EMS show that a crash between vehicles blocked the intersection for an extended period of time on Friday.

The incident resulted in traffic delays in the area as emergency responders worked at the crash scene. Authorities were able to clear the scene sometime after 9:00 a.m. 

At least one person was transported to an area medical center with injuries. Police in Scott continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the wreck.
