Pittsburgh, PA – Two Vehicles Overturned in Crash on Rt 65 S near Monaca-East Rochester Bridge

Pittsburgh, PA (April 6, 2022) – Two vehicles overturned due to a car crash that happened on a roadway in Pittsburgh. The incident was reported to officials in the area at approximately 6:56 a.m. on April 6. 

According to reports, the accident occurred on Route 65 just beyond the Monaco-East Rochester Bridge. Route 51 or the Beaver Valley Expressway were suggested as alternative lanes to use while crews worked at the scene. 

Various responders were observed at the scene including police, EMTs, and fire crews. Those with injuries were treated on-site before being transported to a local hospital for further care. 

Police in Pittsburgh continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
