Pittsburgh, PA (May 13, 2022) – An auto accident that resulted in injuries was reported to authorities in Pittsburgh on May 13. At around 5:00 p.m., the wreck happened on Brookline Boulevard. 

What caused the incident to occur remains unknown at this time. It happened on Brookline Boulevard near Whited Street. 

At least one person was transported from the crash scene to an area hospital with injuries. Their names have not been reported at this time. 

Road closures were issued for close to five hours in the vicinity of the crash site while emergency responders were present in the area. Police asked drivers to use different routes, which caused extensive traffic delays.
