Pittsburgh, PA - Injury Accident on Parkway E at Beechwood Blvd

Being hurt in a car wreck is not something anyone ever wants to go through. It is terrifying, and it can also be painful and frustrating to sustain injuries in an accident. Injured victims may suffer for days, weeks, or even months after accidents. Depending on the severity of their injuries, victims may have to undergo extensive medical care and surgery to recover fully. Such an experience can all be expensive and time-consuming.

Pennsylvania is no stranger to car wrecks, with more than 100,000 reported yearly. Tens of thousands of people are reportedly injured yearly by these collisions. Alarmingly, most auto accidents reported in the Keystone State are the result of driver negligence. A Pittsburgh car accident lawyer is your best bet to fully recover financially after being hurt in a crash caused by negligence.

Injured crash victims need to understand their legal right toward compensation if another person’s negligence has hurt them. There are many different forms of driver negligence, including distraction, fatigue, and intoxication. If you were injured in an accident caused by a drowsy, drunk, or distracted driver, you deserve full and fair compensation for your injuries and losses.

Financial compensation may be able to help you pay for medical costs, vehicle repairs, lost wages, and more. Even non-economic damages such as pain and suffering, loss of life enjoyment, and loss of consortium may be eligible for compensation depending on the circumstances of an accident.
