Pittsburgh, PA (April 22, 2022) – Police were requested at the scene of an accident in Pittsburgh that resulted in injuries. At approximately 8:15 a.m. on April 22, calls for assistance were made concerning a car accident on Ellsworth Avenue. 

Reports from authorities show that a car crash happened at the intersection of Ellsworth Avenue and South Negley Avenue. The incident caused traffic delays in the area near Thames Manor Apartments. 

Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene to help those with injuries. Patients who required further assistance were transported via ambulance to local hospitals. 

The incident is currently under local law enforcement investigation.
