Muhlenberg, PA (May 3, 2022) – A Berks County man, age 75, lost his life in a car crash in Muhlenberg Township on Thursday, April 28. The crash happened on Route 61, local reports said.
Jeffrey Jackson, a Muhlenberg Township resident, was ejected from his car at around 11:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Route 61. The circumstances concerning the wreck have not been reported at this time.
Traffic was delayed in the area while crews worked to secure the scene. Local motorists were urged to use different travel routes while the crash scene was active with responders.
Police officials in Muhlenberg continue to investigate the details of the wreck.
