Mount Lebanon, PA – Collision on Washington Rd near Totopo Cocina & Cantina

Mount Lebanon, PA (May 12, 2022) – An injury crash happened on a roadway in Mount Lebanon on the morning of May 12th. Sources say the crash occurred at approximately 11:25.

Numerous responders were sent to the scene to help injured parties. At this time, it remains unclear how many people were hurt in the wreck.

Police are still investigating the details of the collision. It was reported in the 600 block of Washington Road near Totopo Cocina and Cantina.

Injured parties were assisted at the wreck site by responding paramedics. Those with more serious injuries were transported by ambulance to area hospitals to receive medical care as needed.

Traffic was delayed on Washington Road while emergency crews worked to secure the area. Police directed local drivers to use different routes for approximately an hour after the collision occurred in order to allow responders to work safely at the crash site.

No further information has been reported concerning the nature of the incident. Police continue to investigate.
