No two auto collisions are alike, but our attorneys have found that the majority of car wrecks involve at least one of the following circumstances:
- Traffic violations: The faster a car is traveling, the greater the risk of having a collision becomes. Both the angle of impact and the speed of a vehicle make traffic violation-related accidents some of the most dangerous types of accidents.
- Distracted driving: Although most motorists probably know that texting, eating, putting on makeup, and other activities performed while driving put everyone on the road at risk, the number of distracted driving-related injuries and deaths continues to rise yearly.
- Drunk Driving: Being intoxicated can seriously impact a driver’s judgment, vision, and response time. At Scanlon & Wojton Attorneys at Law, we do not tolerate any type of intoxicated driving. If you’ve been victimized in a drunk driving accident, we are passionate about standing up for your rights.
