Lancaster, PA – One Injured in Car Accident on Rt 222 near Rt 322 Overpass

Lancaster, PA (April 9, 2022) – One person was transported to the hospital after a car crash in Lancaster on April 5. According to information from reports, the accident happened at around 3:30 p.m.

Emergency dispatch stated the wreck occurred in the southbound lanes of Route 222 near the Route 322 overpass. One person was transported to the hospital from the scene with injuries. 

The southbound lanes of the roadway were closed until approximately 5:20 p.m., causing traffic delays. At this time, it remains unclear how many vehicles were involved in the collision.
