Auto Collisions in Pennsylvania
Generally speaking, a common factor in the majority of auto collisions in Pennsylvania is negligence, whether it’s the negligence of a motorist, manufacturer, or another person or party. When this happens, injured crash victims and the surviving families of those who have wrongfully lost their lives are entitled to take legal action against at-fault parties.
More than 100,000 car crashes take place in the state of Pennsylvania each year, injuring about 75,000 people. On average, over 1,000 people lose their lives in car crashes in the Keystone State each and every year. If you or a loved one of yours has recently been hurt in a traffic wreck, there is a good chance it was caused by some form of negligence. If a negligent driver caused your accident, you may be entitled to compensation for your injuries and losses. A personal injury lawyer in Pennsylvania will be able to help you figure out how you can collect financial compensation that can be used to ease the financial burden you may be facing after being hurt in a wreck.
