Center Twp, PA (March 28, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after a serious car crash occurred on Monday morning, March 28 in Center Township. The wreck was reported to authorities in the area at around 5:30 a.m.
Sources say the accident happened in the 500 block of West Sunbury Road near Jamisonville Road for reasons still being investigated. An unknown number of vehicles were involved in the crash and injuries were reported as a result.
Police said a 57-year-old woman was transported to an area hospital with unspecified injuries. Her name has not been released at this time.
Traffic was backed up in the vicinity of the crash scene while crews worked in the area. Authorities in Center Township continue to investigate the details of the incident.
